Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Terms and Conditions for Infinity Brand Consultants (UDYAM-WB-09-0061938). By accessing our website at https://www.infinitybrandconsultants.com/ and engaging our digital marketing services, you enter into a legally binding agreement outlining the scope of our professional relationship. Our services, which may include SEO, social media management, web development, and digital strategy, are strictly limited to the deliverables explicitly defined in your individual Statement of Work or signed proposal. We require clients to provide timely access to necessary brand assets, platform accounts, and approvals, as our ability to deliver effective campaigns depends on your active collaboration. Regarding financial terms, all fees, payment schedules, and retainer models will be outlined in your specific contract. Due to the nature of digital consulting and the allocation of our agency's resources, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

A critical component of our partnership involves intellectual property rights. Upon full and final payment, you will own the final marketing deliverables, such as the specific graphics and copy created for your campaigns; however, Infinity Brand Consultants Private Limited retains all rights to our pre-existing proprietary tools, internal workflows, and the technical methodologies used to generate those results. Furthermore, while we employ industry best practices to optimize your digital presence, we cannot guarantee specific financial returns, sales metrics, or permanent search engine rankings due to the unpredictable and constantly evolving algorithms of third-party platforms like Google and Meta. You are also solely responsible for adhering to the terms of those platforms and directly funding any advertising spend they require.

Finally, these terms establish how our professional relationship can be concluded and how potential disputes are managed. Either party may terminate an ongoing service retainer by providing the written notice period specified in your individual contract. To ensure sustainable operations, our agency’s total liability for any claims arising from our services is strictly limited to the total amount you have paid us during the most recent service period. This agreement, and any disputes arising from it, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Siliguri, West Bengal. Please note that we reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our business practices, and we highly recommend having your final, official terms reviewed by legal counsel.
